Flyye Industries LT-6094

The only thing not pictured that is included with the plate carrier are the padded wrap arounds that go on the shoulder straps. I usually dont have a need for them.

The Flyye Industries LT-6094 is a popular reproduction of the well known (LBT) London Bridge Trading 6094A. The LBT 6094 series of plate carries were designed for U.S. Navy Seals and other U.S. Special Operations Forces to be a light minimalistic plate carrier and also be able to carry everything that the special operator needed for that particular op. The reason I chose the Flyye reproduction over the LBT is because it only costs a fraction of the price at $120 with just as good quality as the LBT because Flyye even though it is made in china, they incorporate the same materials and building process as London Bridge Trading.

The Flyye 6094 is made from tough water resistant INVISTA 1000D cordura fabric that has been PU treated so it is 300% more resistant to the usual wear and tear a piece of kit would endure during a combat deployment and the 1” thick MOLLE webbing is triple stitched and is extremely wear resistant it also includes UTX-DURAFLEX snaps. The fabric is also treated with a water resistant chemical so no water will retain on the surface.

As you can see the LT-6094 can easily and comfortably fit 10x12 front and back ballistic plates as well as the 6x8 side plates with no uncomfortable shifts during extended use, the plate carrier empty weighs 2 pounds and fully loaded it weighs about 25 pounds. And though it is a small and compact plate carrier it has enough room for the mission essentials. The LT-6094 can fit any body size, the cummerbund is adjustable and you can also purchase aftermarket parts such as a full elastic cummerbund if you don’t want anything on your sides. The LT-6094 is compatible with any London Bridge Trading parts such as magazine inserts, cummerbunds, padded shoulder wraps and anything else made for the 6094 series of plate carriers.

I have owned and used this plate carrier for almost 2 years, it’s been through 2 carbine classes, it’s been shot with simunitions and been through the mud, sand, dust and rain and hasn’t faded or really shown any heavy wear and tear, all you do is wipe it down and its good to go again. So whether you’re a SEAL doing Direct Action missions, a weekend airsoft warrior or a sheepdog in need of some good quality and relatively cheap gear I would highly recommend giving the Flyye Industries LT-6094 a look.
